What makes a good TD?
- Confident speaking in front of a room
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, and good with people
- Willing to learn tournament structures and procedures
- Passionate about poker, events, or hospitality
Experience
Previous poker or event experience is helpful, but not always essential. If you have the right attitude, presentation, and reliability, we’d still love to hear from you.
